Earl's Regency

Perched on a forested ridge 300 metres above the rooftops of Kandy, Earl's Regency commands a panorama that encompasses the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, Kandy Lake, the surrounding peaks of the Knuckles Range, and the neat geometry of terraced rice fields cascading toward the valley floor. The infinity pool appears to pour directly into the city below. Rooms are large and cool, finished in the warm tones of local timber and woven rattan, with full-height glass walls framing the view from every angle. The spa draws on the ancient Kandyan healing tradition — cinnamon, cardamom, and coconut oil feature in treatments that predate colonial medicine by centuries.
