Go Around Sri Lanka began in 2018 when our founder, having spent fifteen years guiding private expeditions through Sri Lanka's most remote landscapes, realised that the island's finest experiences were systematically hidden from the visitors who would most appreciate them.
The hotels that don't advertise. The archaeologist who opens the locked gate at Sigiriya before dawn. The naturalist in Yala whose silence is as eloquent as her knowledge. The planter's family who host dinner in a house unchanged since 1924. None of these exist on booking platforms.
We exist to connect the right people with the right Sri Lanka — not the curated, packaged version, but the real one, which rewards patience, trust and the willingness to move at the island's own pace.
